July 12th 2014 – Jill Welch and Rosalind Y Tompkins

Jill Welch, The co-director of the Macrobiotic Foundation of Tallahassee and owner of The Kitchen Goddess will be with us this Saturday to speak on the topic of healthy eating and it’s importance to us. She’s one who is truly committed to Macrobiotics and extremely passionate about health. One of her goal is to educate and inspire others to do their own experimenting and learning about the health of their body in relation to food. We will have the opportunity to find out more about Jill Welch and the purpose for her passion.

Rosalind Y. Tompkins, The founder of MIC (Mothers in Crisis, Inc) will also be on our show this upcoming Saturday. She founded this community based non-profit organization with the purpose of helping men and women recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. Through MIC, she impacted the lives of thousands of families. She is also an Author and an Apostle/Senior Pastor. We will have the opportunity to discuss the inspiring books written by Dr. Tompkins and the drive behind her ministry.
