Austin Turner, a fourth-generation owner, is dedicated to continuing his family’s history of providing quality furniture and service to south Georgia, southeast Alabama and north Florida. Turner’s furniture is the largest independent furniture retailer in South Georgia and a member of Furniture 1st, one of the largest furniture cooperatives in the nation! Austin will talk with Brien about how this long-time Tallahassee company is giving back to the community in celebration of their 100th anniversary.

Nic Stoltzfus is a native Floridian who lives in Blountstown, Florida. He will talk with Brien about his work and his recent completion of a video documentary and book. After graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Communications, he spent a year in Japan teaching English before coming back to work for his father’s production company, Live Oak Production Group. Last year he wrote the script for the Coastal Dune Lakes: Jewels of Florida’s Emerald Coast nature documentary as well as a companion coffee-table book. The film is currently being shown on public television stations across the State of Florida, and the book can be purchased both online and at local bookstores.
