Interim CEO Jim Croteau of Second Harvest of the Big Bend talks with Brien about the crucial role Second Harvest plays for the youngest and oldest in the community, as well as the infirm, disabled and otherwise vulnerable. Recent hunger statistics tell us that one in four children in our community are ‘food insecure,’ meaning their next meal is uncertain.

Veteran news writer Bill Cotterell will talk with Brien about Florida politics and the 2015 Legislative Session and the big issues at stake. Bill’s access to the inner workings of the legislative process gives us the advantage of a inside view of how things really work.
