For 9 years, Leon County Commissioner District 5 Kristin Dozier has served the people in her district and throughout the county with a determination to tackle some of our toughest problems. Now in her 3rd term of office, Kristin’s priorities are focused upon water management, growth management, and her personal interest in engaging more of the community in these discussions. Kristin will talk with Brien about the County’s efforts to assist businesses and homeowners in recovery efforts following Hurricane Michael.

Tallahassee Community Chorus is back in the news with word of an exclusive invitation to perform at this year’s American Choral Director’s Association conference in Kansas City Missouri on February 27th and 28th. The Chorus will be premiering Artist Director Andre J. Thomas’ Mass: A Celebration Of Love And Joy and performing Robert Cohen’s Alzheimer Stories. Chorus President Jan Smith, and Executive Director Randall Webster will talk with Brien about the honor of this invitation as they continue to prepare for their Spring Concert scheduled for April 13th in Tallahassee at Ruby Diamond Concert Hall. Tickets for that concert go on sale the first week of March. For information, go to tchorus.org.
