In the grand tradition of world-renowned Jazz & Blues Festivals, the inaugural Florida Jazz and Blues Festival is bringing world-class, GRAMMY Award-winning artists, high-octane blues, lift-your-feet jazz, and some of the best International, National, Regional and Local Jazz and Blues Artists in the World to the Capital City Amphitheater in Cascades Park, September 23-25. Today, under the leadership of its director Scotty Barnhart, the Count Basie Orchestra which is the headliner for this festival, is continuing to be “The Most Explosive Force In Jazz”, and Scotty joins Brien this Saturday to bring us up to date.

Jide Opeola is the Founder and CEO of a mobile app development company called Bevi Mobile. He talks with Brien about his passion to build beautiful user-friendly mobile apps that creates a world outside of the user’s reality. His background in engineering and design allows him to be very meticulous every step of the way.
